Paying Your Bill

Please call the GI Care for Kids business office at (404) 503-2293 to pay by phone or email us at billing@gicareforkids.com with questions. Our business office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 4 pm, and Friday, 7 am to 1 pm.

To pay via mobile phone, please have the account number from your invoice.

Pay online: See Online BillPay to pay with a credit or debit card. The patient’s name and account number are required. Payments process within 24 hours and receipts are sent via email.

Self-Pay Without Insurance

Please contact the business office at (404) 503-2293 to discuss payment options.

Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans. Please call your insurance carrier to verify whether we are in your network and whether you have a deductible, co-insurance, or co-pay.

Referrals

Patients’ parents are responsible for obtaining an insurance referral from their pediatrician. Please ensure GI Care for Kids has the most up-to-date referral on file and that it is active and valid for the date of your scheduled appointment.

Co-Pays

Co pays are due at the time of service. If not paid at the time of service, a $25 administrative fee will be charged. Your appointment may have to rescheduled if co-pays are not paid at time of service.

Telehealth Visits

Co-pays, deductibles, and past due balances must be paid prior to the start of the telehealth visit.

Office Visits

Patients at Cartersville, Athens/Watkinsville, Gainesville, and Stockbridge must pay any past due balances as well as co-pay and deductible prior to arriving at the office for the appointment.
